How often do you need to change the filter?

It is recommended that this is done every 12 months depending on usage. The flow of water slowing lets you know the filter needs to be changed. The InSinkErator Ebay store offers a twin pack of fillers (2 filters) for a purchase price of $210 and is dispatched throughout Australia free of charge.

What is it made of?

316 Stainless Steel 100% welded with no silicone joints that could leak.

How much does installation cost?

This is entirely dependent on the installation environment the plumber encounters on site.

The Neotank has an easy to adjust electronic temperature control from 88-98°. It maintains the precise temperature setting ±0.5°.

Is it true all taps sold in Australia must be WaterMarked?

This is 100% correct and all InSinkErator taps are WaterMarked. Plumbing products must have a valid WaterMark certification before you can register them under the Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards (WELS) scheme.

WaterMark is a certification mark provided by independent certifying authorities. It confirms the product:

Certification is required before a licenced plumber can install plumbing products, in accordance with state and territory plumbing regulations.
